Colvin's Legacy:
Not greatly known in history, Claudette Colvin, was the first African American women to refuse to give up her seat in a bus, for the sake of going against racial discrimination. She had influenced many people to fight for freedom and equality. Her courageousness inspired others to take stand in what they believe in. Claudette Colvin's legacy was, she found ways to stop segregation, resulting to the banning of it in busses and other places. By fearlessly fighting for her people's racial rights, she started a revolution that after a while, lead to the equality of African American and white human beings.
